To the Raptor World Centre for predatory birds.
This centre will be the first of its kind in Scotland and will also be home to International Raptor Research and Conservation, a Scottish based charity working for the conservation of birds of prey.
Aims
To promote the conservation of raptors to the general public. This will be achieved through innovative exhibits, exhilarating free flight demonstrations and informative displays.
To increase public awareness of raptors through education.
To conduct studies and research of raptor species both in captivity and in the wild.
To work in conjunction with other conservation organisations around the world for the preservation of raptor species.
The Raptor World Centre will be a place for anyone to visit to learn more about raptors and their conservation. Facilities will be built in phases, but when finished will include ;
